All time favourite AFCB player

I go/went to games to be entertained and see our side score goals whatever league we are/were in.

So the John Bond era gave us entertaining football and goals, so for goals Ted Mac, not forgetting Phil Boyer his partner up front.

Character which there are not many in the modern game, Alan Groves, would he have got away with his antics in the modern game? In a way he reminded me of Tommy Cooper, good at clowning/teasing the defender/audience but very good in skill/magic.

The Big Man, well he is one of the AFCB legends.

Tough one this! Would consider Younger, Cox, Howe, Supa, Hatter, Pitman etc. but genuinely, I'd probably go either Ake. Such a top drawer player, good bloke and the best player I've seen play for us.

Paul Wood /Ian Bishop from old days
Nathan/Brooksie recently

I lost all respect for paul wood when he gobbed in a cheltenham players face off the ball, for no reason in our cup game there. tosser.

Anybody who supported the Cherries during the 70's Ted was a game changer. He became a darling of the club due to his goal scoring abilities.
Ask any old time supporter of the club he was and always will be the king.
