Avoid the queues, get to DC early

With tonight's cup game fast approaching, can we advise those collecting tickets to allow plenty of time.
The club shop is open all day if you can get down there to collect your tickets.
The last thing we want is fans missing large parts of the game as they're stood in queues trying to collect, although we're sure we won't see repeats of last year's cup tie.

Fingers crossed for the new ST mechanism working too, it'll be great if it works seamlessly.

*Except for ticketing and actually getting into the ground on match-day when, providing the paying customer puts themselves out, things MIGHT be OK (although we, the club, can't guarantee that).
 
My interest is seeing the fans in the ground, hence why we're advising an early arrival. We know weekdays are more difficult to get to games early, but if you can you may save yourself some queuing time.
Additionally, with all tickets issued , there won't be mixed queues of people collecting/buying/setting up accounts, so things SHOULD run smoother.
We also haven't had ST's used in this way before, and experience has shown that new innovations haven't always been initially successful, but hopefully tonight will buck that trend.
 
Loading games onto cards is fairly common at other clubs. That is for cup games and even for non ST holders for league games.

I guess the process always seems smoother at other clubs as their fans will all be familiar with it by now. It would be interesting to know if initially these clubs and fans had similar problems
 
Should ST holders experience any problems getting in tonight, as advised by the club, head to the nearest corner gate, and if the issue is not resolved there, a window for enquiries will be open at the TO.

Print out your order and take it with you, show it to the gate minder THAT should solve the problem !
