He scored the first Cherries goal in the first time I had seen our first team, it was the game against the Busby Babes in the 6th round of the FA Cup.

I see from the Boro forum that David Shearer has passed away, aged only 63. I assume thats the same one that played for us in the eighties - he certainly had something about him.
