We simply can’t play the way he wants us to play. Our midfielders are not disciplined enough to operate in a low block, Lerma and Billing give their all but neither is very adept at closing down passing lanes or operating in the correct spaces to play this deep. There are spaces galore in the middle of the park and we are being easily played through by a severely weakened Brighton team. Our shape is all wrong.
