There was plenty of parking available in the city centre car parks on "JUST PARK".
Handy for pubs and only 10 - 15 walk to stadium. Cost me about £5

Sheffield City Centre can get extremely busy, especially on matchdays. So if you’re looking to avoid the hassle, parking at Meadowhall Station (near to the popular shopping centre) is a great option.
You can park at the station for free, and then pay £4 for a tram ticket which will take you into the City Centre and just a short walk away from the stadium. I’ve personally done this a few times and it’s a great idea if you fancy a walk around the shopping centre before heading to the game.
