A newly appointed replacement director is Rico Seitz.

If you click on the link of his appointment here: https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/06632170/filing-history it says he's Swiss. Which means I'm going to guess this is the chap:

Strange times.

The other executives at Helix are fluent in so many languages they could be at our good friends at Watford.

But personally I am happy they are with us.......international , professional, financial/ legal people.
As long as we stay in PL they could attract further investment into AFCB

Always remember while on holiday in Switzerland our coach courier saying to us, you can always tell a Swiss person by looking into their eyes and seeing Swiss francs.

According to your link Rico Seitz's directorship was terminated on 2 December, the same day he was appointed, so as he is a colleague of Nick Rothwell I assume Rothwell was unavailable for a board meeting.

Perrett's tweet and the headline Vitals article would appear to be incorrect.

I never met John O'Neill so I have no idea what he might have done for us. To be honest, to all us regular fans, most of the AFCB board are totally unknown to us.

according to that link he was appointed twice and terminated once all on the same day, must have been a bit hectic !

The companies house link suggests O'Neill has had his appointment terminated so what's incorrect?

The article implies through Perrett's tweet that Rico Seitz has replaced John O'neill but the company link info shows Mr Seitz's directorship was terminated the same day as he was appointed whilst an appointment entry does reappear for the same date. This seems strange and could be an error. Did you check with AFCB before going into print?

To be fair to DJ, he doesn't mention the other director. I was the one that brought him up. DJ only refers to the chap stepping down, and Companies House is unambiguous on that.

If I'm honest, the fact the new guy is appointed twice and removed once, with the most recent entry displayed showing his appointment, I don't think there's any doubt that he is a director now.

In fact, click on the 'People' link on the AFCB page above and there he is listed as an active director:

The Companies House website is a million times better than the last time I used it a few years ago!

John O'Neill is still with us?

I thought he went to The Queen Of The South years ago.

but he did score that cracking goal against Bristol City in the cup
