Last Friday, Cherries Trust made a submission to the Independent Football Ombudsman with regards to seeking compensation from Manchester Utd for last seasons debacle.
We've stated our reasons, and the supporting evidence and it's now with them to decide if it's enough.
In a previous communication, IFO has stated we should only represent our members.

Good work and nice to see it isn't being dropped. Incredible how the mega-million business Man Utd absolve themselves of all responsibility when they screw up. I wonder what would happen if someone cost them a relatively huge chunk of cash through incompetence and lax security and then tried that trick on them?

Its going to depend on how independent the I is in IFO. Some precedent with Spurs but that was a planned change of event, MU should still be accountable for their debacle.

They clearly have the money, but any goodwill option long past.
