Just had a nice little chat with Simon Francis ( I sometimes walk his dog and tend to his herbacious borders).
Nathan Ake is training and may well be available for the final game of the seson .... definitly not ruled out.
Simon quite rightly looked pretty despondent but he said the team is trying to remain upbeat. He hopes if they stay up AFCB will still be able to make Nathan an offer he can't refuse ( maybe he's not that keen to leave afterall, god forbid we can offer him premiership footbal).
Simon himself is injured and had a neoprene support over his knee but had been in for training this morning. When asked about Eddie's future he said no one knows amongst the players. Not really surprising as Eddie keeps his cards close to his chest.
No discussion of biological v nonbiological detergents took place but it does beg the question why are our boys spending so much time in dry cleaners these days?
