Issue 71 received today has an excellent article by Ian Thompson featuring our 2-0 FA Cup win over Man Utd back in 1984.

You may be able to go on the Backpass website to buy Issue 71 or better still subscribe to receive it through the post. It always has lots of great stories about yesterday's heroes.
 
Ended up in Swansea. Rose from school teacher to a secondary school head teacher. Now a consultant for secondary school education. Was also involved in academy coaching at Swansea City FC.
 
Seen that mag in Smiths town centre - I’ll have to see if it’s still there .
It was on the top shelf too - times have changed ...
 
He actually taught at Kemp Welch when I was there in 86/87,he was quite humble and surprised that I knew who he was.
We had a charity 5 a side tournament pupils v teachers and he was amazing,couldn't get near him .
