That should read, only 12% of all Americans who have any recognition of the name Joan of Arc, let alone in what context. Most of those think she's their 3rd cousin twice removed living in Arkansas.

Maybe 12% of all Americans have heard of Noahs' Ark ( these mostly being Trumpskis evangelist buddies ).

So perhaps her name was Joan (Yôḥānān) , and who ever translated it, when for a coffee, and miss it out, his bad.
