Can't understand why the club hasn't got a decent hard hitting Director of Football in, someone to take over all the player acquisition, retention, scouting etc.
The current shambolic set up is failing miserably, and if Eddie doesn't like it - tough, you're in the big league now, stick to doing what you do best, coaching the players.
The old-style manager in charge of it all model doesn't work anymore in the PL.
