With being weekday, signs that prevent JP Morgan workers parking close to JP Morgan would effect today game, From roundabout Deancourt down to Harewood Avenue

Always a good reminder as it's guaranteed the only council workers on shift today will be the traffic wardens.

Not that it affects me, does this also include Bank Holidays, like today?

If the signage states 'Monday to Friday' this applies even if it's a Bank Holiday, there are no exceptions. Even Xmas Day, and Boxing Day.
(live near a school, and people still park inside the marked zig-zags on a Bank Holiday Monday, and they have received a PCN notice, stating that 'Bank Holidays are not counted as an exception to the signed restrictions, which state Monday to Friday' sadly!!)
Therefore, beware!!
