So I have 9 points so logged on at exactly 10am to get my Fulham tickets and am being told I am not allowed to access this offer! I then received an email telling me I could now get them. Guess what still restricted, I have logged out and in again refreshed the screen but no I am still restricted . Am now on the phone to the ticket office at no 21 in the queue! Why can’t they get anything right?
