I think five signings have already been made, which is quite impressive in such a short space of time!

On aserious note, I expect he has a reasonable idea of areas he'd like to strengthen to suit how he's looking to play... something that was not doubt discussed during the recruitment process. He'd also (I expect) have a fair idea of our current squad and their attributes.
