Kings Park car park

Thank god someone has finally finished the footpath. I push a wheelchair in that way every home match and dread it when its boggy. Even having to struggle getting the chair and occupant over the bank at the end of the car park so as to avoid getting stuck in the 20 meters of bogginess that was at the end of the path. Should make access sooooo much better for all (able bodied and mobility restricted alike)

Please be aware, there is a leftturn at the exit of the car park, which will bring you out on to Gloucester Road in Boscombe.

Just noticed this on the supporters guide on COWS. Having never read it before could be new information.

Would even cut back congestion even more, if people going towards Christchurch could turn left towards Pokesdown Hill gates as it originally was.

Now common sense is prevailing how about changing priorities on the traffic lights at Ashley road for 30 mins after the match or even add a new slip road onto the Wessex way.

As well as allowing cars to exit from KIngs Park on to Ashley Road through the park gates next to the school.

Problem would be that people park on that road and would be facing the wrong way. Could make it one way out of the park 3 hours before the match. Would solve that one.

Vote Hoof_it for mayor.

Was a ucking shambles after the game today.Took an hour from where I park by the bowling club to get out on to Holdenhurst Rd.The stewards added to the chaos by trying to manage the queues whilst the police just buggered off lol.
