Just relaying what Mcadam said. Most take what he says as gospel. Perhaps because he didn’t have two fully fit wide men. Leif Davis couldn’t play right wing back and right wing at the same time?

Maybe what Parker means is that he wants on option from the bench to go to 5 if situations like Forest occur and that might not be possible if players are out injured, but personally still think S Cook will find himself more and more surplus to requirements with every game Rossi plays.

Also if we have a wobble, you can see benefit of Cahill slotting between Kelly and Rossi to temporarily help restore them, bring confidence of a clean sheet, without the need to drop either if the fixtures favour that for one or two games.

Looking forward to seeing who gets rested for the cup game at Norwich, so the returning players get some match fitness.
