That doesn't really mean anything though. Property isn't valued by the number of seats you can fit in it.

I think it was bought back for about £16M.

A 38,000 seater sold for £11M, with a rising annual rent of £1.4M.

Was described as the price of a PL striker last year so you are looking at least £20-£30 million.
