Obviously I'm missing something here. England always cover up club related stuff at the grounds when they are being hosted? Be it club crests, sponsors etc?

We hosted the England Under 21's and they changed the tunnel door, changing room door etc to remove our crests?

I've been to St Mary's and Old Trafford and they've done the same there in regards to anything regarding Saints, reds, devils and so on?
