..... these international breaks gives us oldies time to pontificate about sod-all important.

I’ve got a young guy who works for me, who constantly wears one of those Fitbit gadgets.

He covers at least five miles each morning before he even gets up.

The best days at football are always when we don't talk about football. It has just always been a good way to have a couple of beers, meet up with mates and have a bit of a laugh. For most of the last 50 years the football has been the least important part of the day. Eddie ruined that.

For the first time ...I have never heard of Any of the celebrity contestants in this year's Strictly!! Honestly, I really don't know who they are or what they do!
