Good looking plans, mayor is a bluenose so they'll go through without any issues, plus they just had a huge loan/grant from council last year as well, so they have some advantages we don't. Looking to play first game there in 2023, but that gives us a clue as to what kind of timeframe we're looking at, especially as we're using the same architects. Well that is to say we were suing the same guys, they did some feasibility studies for us, and posted some photos on their website a while back, that got taken down pretty quickly
