NON: Independent regulator for English football?

Hopefully this review will lead to compulsion to make change. Lots of good stuff in there. Implicit though, and not tackled, is the runaway plague of exaggerated wages for agents and players. Even if a percentage is hived off for lower tiers of the game, it remains the single biggest problem IMHO.
 
The Government won't do anything about the Money aspects of Football...particularly not a Tory one....its totally not how they operate!..they are more likely to encourage the capitalist ways of the leading clubs.
