I just found out he died last March. An unsung musical hero. He produced Eden by EBTG and was responsible for 3 bands I adored, Working Week (where he was listed as Simon Booth), Afro Celt Sound System and The Imagined Village.

I was lucky enough to see all three. All magnificent in their own way. He lived latterly on Dorset and lived bird watching.

An unassuming fellow. A musical genie. A great loss.
