The known known is who handed over the bag.
The unknown is where the bank notes came from
The unknown is whether all the bank notes reached their claimed destination
The unknown is whether fair and reasonable tax was paid in the countries the notes passed through.
 
Prinny Charlie do what he like innit.. people in Parlaimentary Power is scared of taking investigations past a token symbolic effort cuz they is scared of the man and his mummy - they dish out the knighthoods - he gonna be King during period when they hope to be still sitting MPs.

With respect, we don’t know the source. All we know is who handed the cash over.

If the same amount came from a bank account it might be possible to trace it back to the source. With cash, that is almost impossible. That’s the point.
