Exiled up in South Wales we only do away games plus the odd home cup game but have zero points for either when it should be many - no response from the ticket office, we'll keep trying #annoying.

Yes that does make sense. Season ticket holders get 19 points even though refunded for 5 games so it makes sense for those others who did pay for games that they couldnt later attend.

Yes. I had to re-add mine first as it seems I'd lost them so needed to get their supporter numbers again.

Well it is if you try and buy them online, however I phoned the TO and managed to buy 6 tickets without giving any names or account details!
