Programme cover photos

Spent a few minutes today idling checking through the images list in the file manager on my mobby and found to my surprise a copy of each of the cover photos from all the home programmes from the last four seasons.
I definitely didn't deliberately download them, so can anyone enlighten me on how they arrived there?

It's the Great Red and Black trojan. It will keep giving you yellow cards, but if you get a red it's bye-bye time!
