What a shrewd guy !
Of course he could have just booked a suite at The Hilton whenever he was here but that would have been money down the drain. Much better to just buy a place, use it occasionally, sit on it and when he no longer has ties to Bournemouth, sell it on for a profit !
Starting to understand why I'll never be a billionaire ! :hmmm:

We have a shower room, but then we don't have a bathroom.
