We’re using EasyJet on that occasion, so there might be something in what you say.
I’m in Turkey now, flew out of Heathrow yesterday using Turkish airlines who I’d highly recommend.
Heathrow wasn’t great, but it wasn’t the chaos the media are reporting.
Just leave plenty of time, as you would with any flight.

I'm watching all this Tui malarkey with interest as I've booked my hols through them. Albeit at the latter end of july and to a long haul destination so hoping everything will be good. I do feel for those that are having their trips cancelled.
