Which is pretty ridiculous being as he rested positive for coke byproducts. So if he was right to have droopy eyes then the stimulant likely isn't affecting his driving is it. In fact what scientific studies have been performed into how the use of cocaine impairs driving ability. Also what about the other things that can be broken down to create the chemicals that show up in the drug test. I really hope Mark walks, as hopefully it might force the law to look at themselves as their current treatment of drugs is ridiculous, and far from scientific
