Supporter's Coaches To Cardiff

On previous trips to Swansea coaches have stopped at Leigh Delaware services on the M4 prior to crossing into Wales, I imagine we will follow a similar route to Cardiff. Nothing will be finalised until the day as the coaches will seek advice from the police particularly with regards to road conditions etc.
