Tina Turner RIP

Unbelievable thought she was an immortal

RIP
In her own way she will be. One of those artists whose fantastic catalogue of hits will be played universally around the world, effectively for ever. Sad night. Such a brave and brilliant soul. RIP.

The best West End Musical I have seen in many many years by far is TINA. I would recommend it thoroughly, and I'm not a big fan of musicals. Her death is a massive loss the the music industry.

The first stripper I ever saw in a London pub on a Sunday Lunchtime (not kidding, those were the days) was in 1984 and she was gyrating to "Private Dancer" that was in the charts at that time,. Never forgot that dance and that song always takes me back to that afternoon. the innocence of youth.

Absolutely the best thing I've seen on the West End by a winning mile.
