No names being mentioned but a few of our boys look disinterested. I don't mind ambitious players who want to play at the very top level, but when you sign that dotted line and put on the mighty red and black shirt, you put 110% into everything you do. Do you really want to go to a top six club? Have a few bad games and you'll be booed off the pitch... here at Dean Court we'll sing your name louder and louder until you become a club legend.

The other question is, do you want to play every week or be one of those players who does nothing but train and watch from the stands for 30+ games a year?

Players as good or better than the ones we have are struggling to get games at T6 clubs

The players individually are less than the sum of their parts. I'd say there are maybe one or two of our lads that have the individual talent to play for a Top 6 club, and maybe a couple more of them are getting there.
