For the 2018/19 season to be classed as an under 21 player, the player has to be born on or after 1st January 1997.

*=home grown player.

Any of the development and academy squad players can play for the first team at anytime and anyone classed as under 21 isn't named in the 25 man squad.

Just a bump due to contract talk elsewhere, good to have this for reference, though if Sam wants to update it, or if anyone else has kept abreast of contract news since September, then yay for more up to date knowledge
 
'Association trained' player? One would hope they are trained! Even the ones on loan! What a daft expression! And why isn't Ryan Fraser one of those? Or Boruc?

English Association trained player Bill. Fraser and Boruc were “trained” abroad as youth players so they don’t count. Believe there is a minimum number of English association trained players each club must have but we are well within the limit
 
Cheers Sam, massively appreciated, gutted that Pugh might not get an offer, but that's the loyalist in me, remember fuming when Bond let Fletch go, but then I was proven right a couple of years later

edit: Does the new forum allow editing at any time?? If so is it possible to post the current state of affairs then pop it in the top post as well, so at a glance we always know. Just I imagine (from previous forum, that you wanted to do that but kept having to create new threads due to fifteen minute edit window. If so maybe make this a sticky
