If this question relates to this competition then if one (or two) clubs were not to complete (or even start) the season they would be treated as finishing bottom (or joint bottom). There is still time for entries to be revised - especially bearing in mind both Bolton and Bury will at least now have 12 point deductions to start the season.

If it is a general question, then I believe all games involving the "bust" team during the season would be eliminated from the results for the season.

Hopefully this is all hypothetical anyway as nobody wants that scenario.
