Hi - Happy New Year all.
I have neglected this comp so far this season - so time to bring things up todate a bit.
A few points of “interest” from this seasons entries - should anyone other than me be interested.
There were 38 entrants this season and I have added an extra one made up of the most selected entries for each position from the entries made to see how as a collective we fair. This extra entry is (bracket figure – no of selections out of 38):
“Most Chosen” Entry:
Premier League: Top Man City (22) - Bottom Fulham (12)
Championship: Top AFCB (11) - Bottom Wycombe (21)
League One: Top Sunderland (10) - Bottom Rochdale (14)

There were again some widely diverse opinions with the following 7 teams being tipped by different entrants to finish both top and bottom of their divisions.

I am about to post the first update with “chetnik” being the current leader by 10 points. It should be remembered though that the number of games played by teams does vary a lot across all the leagues at present - so plenty of changes to come.

Here is an update on the standings in this comp - a lot of changes in points and positions since the last update on 1st January - not least in the Premier where two major selections have had differing fortunes - Liverpool have dropped from 1st to 6th whilst Man City have jumped from 8th to 1st.
As a consequence we also have a new leader in Max Denim who has moved up to 1st from 23rd whilst chetnik drops from 1st to 2nd. The points are still close though as we go into the last few months of the season.
