We Need More Experienced and Older Players

Schmiegel

New Signing
The squad is way too young. Most players are under the age of 24, lack discipline, and are without a proper role model as a team captain. Bournemouth is a wonderful place to live. Surely one of the greatest benefits to a few experienced older (28 - 30 year old ) players would be the quality of life they could expect if they relocated here. The younger guys need the money, that is understood. But a few experienced premier league stars who have already made their pile and would prefer to live in a warm, lovely sunny, friendly place as opposed to a sh*thole up north somewhere in exchange for slightly lower salaries must be out there. Let's hope we can attract a few stars fitting that profile back to us if we go up.

Nerd or superfan?! Just kiddin’! Respect for taking the time to make a point…..

Whilst the numbers are wrong, the premise of the point is right. We are often a very young side on average.

The players don’t get enough patience for this point at times, especially at home.
