Non - Brexit

The Brexiteers are claiming that a third of the party voted against her do she has no mandate. So 48% of the country voting to remain clearly means Brexit has absolutely no mandate.

Lets hope the losing hard Brexiteers respect the outcome of the vote, instead of wailing for a 2nd or 3rd vote before the outcome has even been implemented.

There are currently 40 MPs whose percentage of votes in the last General Election, were less than the difference between In/Out in the Article 50 referendum.

Should those 40 constituencies have by-elections for the result being decided by fewer than 4%?

I think all sensible people will agree that the result of a second vote has to be honoured whatever the outcome:

Trouble is Stan, its difficult to take your word for it. Seeing as we were all told, live on tele and in black and white on the paper we all had posted, that the result of the first vote would be honoured whatever the outcome.

I'm sure you're a credible honest chap, but Europhile politicians, I'm not so sure. Edit: And a minority of Hard Brexiteers come to think of it. Nothing will be enough to satisfy them.

Time for pragmatism I hope.

Well done absolutely brilliant :clap: nearly as good as your once a week “ have we taken back control yet “ ....actually your a bit late this week ...having to pick your own flowers now all your cheap labor are flooding out of the country ...you know according to the Guardian .

You're just in a strop because hardliners like yourself just lost the confidence vote?

"get over it" :whist:

Tough woman....our best hope of some stability and keeping it civil between us and EU.

She is extremely stubborn, but now that she’s broadcast she won’t stand for the next election (which is bound to be 2019) she’s weakened her own leadership credentials. People will already start looking/speculating to a successor. She still won’t get any Brexit withdrawal through parliament it just prolonges the mess.

Yes obviously I was peering into the future when I wrote that .

...” in a strop “believe me I’m enjoying this slow moving train wreck just as much as you are at this point ...looking forward to the Parlimentary vote of no confidence next , hope your all going to be as supportive of Theresa Mayhem for that one .

less than 2 out of 3 Conservative MPs have confidence in the PM they elected to lead the party.
The strong and capable PM has placated them by throwing in the towel before the next election

If Carlsberg did omnishambles.

Strictly speaking, she wasn't elected, as the rules require two candidates to be selected by the Parliamentary Conservative Party, who are then offered to the rank & file Conservative Party Membership, who actually elect their leader.

Evident from interview that Moggs toys are out of the pram! He can't take it!
And one of Mays problems in the media is Laura Ku#ntsburg...she seems to have a personal vendetta against both May and Corbyn! Weird and Horrible Bint!
Never liked that woman, a scheming bitch with her own agenda.
The BBC guy in Brussels today was wearing a red and black scarf, is he a Boscombe supporter?

This Mogg P##c now trying to tell May to see the Queen and resign.

The d##khead has an inherent proclivity for telling people what to do as if they are his 'fag' back at Eton !
What next.?....good job she is female....or she would be flogged by a posse of 'rotters' with Boris tapping out the beat with a pigstick!

I can't see why there would be a general election in 2019. Why would the Tories do that? It was risky enough anyway but they have absolutely destroyed their base over the last 24 hours so they are better off leaving it as long as possible if you ask me.
