I get a birthday email from Eddie three times a year - one on my birthday and two on my kids birthdays- but addressed to me !No email, got a birthday card from Eddie Howe in May though !!!!

I haven’t had an email but did see people on Facebook day there have been ‘technical difficulties’. As I said previously if I wanted to send a family member money it would be there within 5 minutes. What’s taking 15 working days (and counting) who knowsJust had an email, I will apparently now get my refund by the end of next week or at the latest the beginning of next week...
Not excusing the club but I suppose it is approx 7,000 ST transactions, 4,000 Palace ticket transactions and 1,000 Wolves ticket transactions. Presumably all 12,000 have to be done manually and individually - so 12000 divided by 15 working days = 800 per day or 100 per hour. This isn’t just about ST refundsI’ve not had mine.
I understand some on here may be in financial difficulties, but having said that they obviously purchased a season ticket not thinking there would be a refund at the end of the season due to a virus.
just another reason to have a go at the club they support. Those of you that do have got Gard virus.
