Refunds

very poor. at least we know where we really stand in this businesses priority list.
 
Just had an email, I will apparently now get my refund by the end of next week or at the latest the beginning of next week...
 
No email, got a birthday card from Eddie Howe in May though !!!!
I get a birthday email from Eddie three times a year - one on my birthday and two on my kids birthdays- but addressed to me !
My kids aren’t even Junior Cherries anymore .
We are tinpot , really tinpot , we are tinpot we don’t care ....

I haven’t had an email but did see people on Facebook day there have been ‘technical difficulties’. As I said previously if I wanted to send a family member money it would be there within 5 minutes. What’s taking 15 working days (and counting) who knows

Not excusing the club but I suppose it is approx 7,000 ST transactions, 4,000 Palace ticket transactions and 1,000 Wolves ticket transactions. Presumably all 12,000 have to be done manually and individually - so 12000 divided by 15 working days = 800 per day or 100 per hour. Or is there some super computer solution to do them all at the touch of a button ?
Edited to add, just seen the prev post that seems to blame the card processors.

I understand some on here may be in financial difficulties, but having said that they obviously purchased a season ticket not thinking there would be a refund at the end of the season due to a virus.
just another reason to have a go at the club they support. Those of you that do have got Gard virus.

This isn’t just about ST refunds
 
irrelevant new kit on social media, any mention of refunds?
 
If your best mate owed you a reasonable amount of money and said he would pay you back by the end of the month but didn’t, would you be disappointed or worried that he hadn’t even communicated with you?

fortunately I dont have a best mate. or any mates. but if I did, and I saw him poncing around in a new pier inspired shirt..... I'd...... do absolutely bugger all!
 
I have now received our refunds. I had filled out the form because my payment for our season tickets had been on a card that has since expired.

The refunds have not gone into the account that I filled out on the form and have gone into the original account. No harm done though.
