AFC Bournemouth v Bristol City

I said to DJ the other day I’d be happy to write a report. Will be happy to do this first thing tomorrow unless anyone else is desperate to write one?! Didn’t think I have much to write after the first half but vastly improved second half :utc:

Is it true that If points are tied at the end of the season, it’s decided on the following basis:
goal difference
goals scored
fair play record
how well you did against Bournemouth

Cos if that’s true and we’re tied, then we’re almost certainties.


Didn’t see the first half so can’t comment.
Second half was a dominant display from a quality team. Kept chipping away going forwards, got what they deserved and kept us well and truly in their pockets in defence.
A pretty vivid display of the class needed for a real promotion push.
I think DH got it wrong tonight too, fine you need to rotate, but plan so you don’t rotate your two best forwards both out against a top team.
Shame. Now 6th.

Sometimes I think the real test of how good or bad we are, comes from the views of opposition fans or neutrals. Often we think we have been below par and yet outsiders will have been impressed.

Yep that's the one.Can't remember why or how but happened to be in Pier approach amusement listening on radio.Strange I'd only just started a Saturday job few months before,could this match been played Sun or BH Monday?!!
Oh didn't one of our goals come from ball stuck in mud.?
