Correct me if I am wrong but your post seem to suggest he won games in April and that’s all he did to keep us up.

Correct, he managed to galvanize the team to get a set of results that led to a higher PPG than any other time he was in charge. That time was April. Before and after that he managed to get a PPG that was relegation fodder. But yeah he got the team to beat Wolves after 9 games without a win and getting knocked out of the cup from a championship team. Well done GON!!!

To be fair his purple patches coincided with an easier run of fixtures.
I find it odd that we throw around statements like "we were useless for 6 games but it looks like the manager learned from his mistakes for the last 3" when the first 6 games where Spurs, Man City, Man Utd, Arsenal, etc and the last 3 were teams like Fulham, Sheffield United and Huddersfield.

To not have a varied cross - section of characters on a Forum is to basically nullify it's purpose..
...to have hundreds of keyboard nerds stepping tentatively, nervously along each others borders ..occasionally ripping each others throats out....but then.. but then for Christ Sake ganging together in cliques to force out the more interesting pithy posters that hold up most of the truths...its just.. well it's just pathetic!
A few dudes need to apply some introspection to the way they interpret other posters.
An Elite prissy few have to rule the roost do they Batman ?..throw the player analysis selfishly between them to zero conclusion each week ?

....what is the actual point of trying to pick holes in parts of Gary O'Neils 22/23...when it was the players who were switching on and off to suit their ear phones ...they are still in that mode !

I don’t know how long it is since you’ve been to Bournemouth. But I think you’d be pleasantly surprised at the amount of kids who wear cherry shirts over the parks or in school fields.

April we played beatable teams like saints leeds Leicester Fulham
So re the Jan to March fixtures how many wins would you expect from Man Utd a, Brighton a, Brentford a, Newcastle h, Man City h, arsenal a, liverpool h, Villa a?
I reckon there were only 2 winnable games in that sequence; drew with forest 1-1 where kieffer missed a couple of sitters and then they equalised late plus won at wolves.
So Eddie Howe is useless to as he kept losing (thrashed sometimes) to champ teams in the cup
December poor results in part due to a major virus and injuries to key players so we lost to those “rubbish” teams of Newcastle Chelsea and palace

Within this ramble you're completely missing the point though.
Nobody is saying we don't want a range of opinions and characters. What they're saying is we don't want people that are either outright offensive or just disruptive to the entire forum by repeating the same thing ad nauseum (R+R).
There are plenty of posts and posters I disagree with but they don't try to make the entire thread/forum about themselves. It's boring to read and takes every thread off topic into the same arguments.
I don't actually have an issue with most of what Waz posted, it was usually a relevant opinion about AFCB even if most disagreed with it. I actually thought the pack of posters who made it their sole purpose to pick up on every one of his posts rather than offer their own opinion were more irritating. Yeah he could be condescending but that's not the world's biggest crime. The alter egos thing is just plain weird though.
What I have an issue with is people using blatantly offensive terms and refusing to apologise (as Waz did) and trying to join under a new name to hide from it. And people like R&R who derailed every thread with the same copy and paste trolling bullshit and refused to engage in any debate. I really do not think the forum is a poorer place without old balloon head. If you can tell me one single thing he said that made him 'interesting' I'll be amazed.
Surely you can differentiate between different opinions and characters vs offensive or deliberate trolling?

Mostly to do with local stuff...moorland and beach issues mainly..different world totally.
