Dango is a lot of things but boring is not one of them. The guy has you on the edge of your seat whether you like it or not.
Like Jefferson did
Except we had a ready made replacement playing brilliantlygive him his full title;
Jefferson-the-Irreplaceable
I liked what little we saw of Dango at lb and if he spent then off season really trying to understand that position I think he could be good. Wether a winger wants to be a lb is a different thingNeed a new LB and CB in the summer. Probably both with a bit of versatility. Unless IR genuinely think Dango is a left back in the making.

He's another who will hopefully get better and better too.Dango is a lot of things but boring is not one of them. The guy has you on the edge of your seat whether you like it or not.
Kelly seems to get injured a lot. He might be better off playing for a club that rotates a lot.Kelly off for his £100k a week to sit on their bench, then get dogs abuse from their fans when he plays and fudges up.
But great move for him, hopefully he cracks it and fulfills his potential.
His injury record with us isn’t great.Kelly seems to get injured a lot. He might be better off playing for a club that rotates a lot.
Also, it's funny how some people assume we had the power to stop him leaving. He wanted a new challenge and a juicy signing on bonus. I believe the club did what it could to try to encourage Jeff to stay. At the end of the day, we didn't want to break the wage structure, and even if we had done, would Jeff have wanted to stay? I suspect not.indeed, but according to some it was gross negligence to let him go on a free...
they'll be claiming the same about kelly even if we sign roberto carlos reincarnated in the summer
He's another who will hopefully get better and better too.
Andoni seems to see something in him.I honestly have no idea where his career will go. Devastating pace, great attitude and work rate, Incredible leap, no lack of skill.... yet he has the ability to look like he's never played the game before. He's a fascinating player.
Maybe a move to a bigger team where he is surrounded by the best will rub off on him as nothing but the best is accepted.I honestly have no idea where his career will go. Impossible. He's from Burkino Faso.I might be in the minority here but I think he will end up playing for England in the next couple of seasons. Have a similar trajectory to Mings.
It’s not about persuading people to stay. That will always be a tough ask for us with top talent. It’s about realising value for them if they Trent staying.Also, it's funny how some people assume we had the power to stop him leaving. He wanted a new challenge and a juicy signing on bonus. But, you can't force them to leave either. If they're open to moving, then yes, that makes sense.It’s not about persuading people to stay. That will always be a tough ask for us with top talent. It’s about realising value for them if they Trent staying.
With any decent players you offer them a contract extension 24 to 18 months out and if they don’t accept it you sell them. With Kelly and Lerma we let 60m worth of player walk out the door for nothing. Just poor asset management.

Or you keep them and play them and they add value to the team that way until the day they leave. Not seen this side of the discussion put forward.It’s not about persuading people to stay. I was gonna say... We seem to have two conversations on two players here...Impossible. He's from Burkino Faso.
