Exactly. I am one of quite a number who cannot commit unless there is a firm date.How many fans will commit to buying if a revised date is still to be decided ?
Could it even be shifted to the Monday ?
The longer the uncertainty exists, the more the price of travel (and for some, accommodation) goes up.
The worry then is that our ticket office will decide that this is low demand and take a smaller number of tickets.
Remember the days when we used to have something called a fixture list?
The term fixture meaning that, unless there was bad weather and a match was postponed at short notice, the date and kick-off time were fixed.
