I haven't been to games at Dean Court since circa 2015 for various reasons...and now I don't really have a desire to do so or travel very far from where I now reside for any reason other than family stuff....and of course I'm not one of the 11,000 exclusive ST holders.
Doesn't mean I can't file my criticisms of anything Afcb related or about Football generally...or about other subjects brought to the Forum.
I often post uncontroversial items regarding the Cherries History..and quite a lot of positive stuff.

I did my time as an attending fan home and away for approximately 55 years...does that not count for anything ?
It's only a small minority of members who despise my posts and my character..so I'm not overly peeved, upset...or phased in any way...by your thoughts.

It's a Club for Life situation....

I've only ever really seeked to entertain by applying a bit of humour here and there.....plus a moan or two....sometimes it works...quite a lot of it doesn't...do I care...No I don't...

Every day..every Cherries game...is different...there is no need to backtrack on posts ...as I see it.

No that's a decent interpretation of how I worded it ...although I was only posing a question knowing that I myself don't possess the ability to judge if a manager is better than another....hence why I asked 'how'.
Forming opinions is the bread and butter of why we are doing this stuff....whether we are right or wrong is something else...any ability I think is lurking in guesswork....the results of which are borne out by mid or long-term results of Football issues. :shrug:

Oh I did enjoy the moment - immensely...we are safe now...as i've repeatedly stated over the past month or so !
Difficult not to enjoy that ending and result...but as usual I will say my peice(s) with regard to posts i've picked out about peripheral items...

The Forum needs filling up with material for punters to get their teeth into....

No it doesn’t, the Forum needs folk to be intelligent enough to say what they see as opposed to “material for punters to get their teeth into”. I don’t even understand what this material is.

What I'm getting is that you've joined the bunch of w@nkers that try to crack me daily / weekly...they never win and nor will you.
I quite enjoy being unpopular you see..f√cking weird I know...but then I don't particularly like the general tone of around half the members..and that goes right back to my first week on what I perceived at the time to be a quite unfriendly and cliquey 'welcome' .
Not much has changed.
You might have noticed my somewhat cantankerous, come 'socially awkward' and exponentially disengaging persona...the oft times tangential wanderings and rants are testament to that, but it's really an 'Act' developed parallel to a coping mechanism to deal with the aforementioned w@nkers !

I don't think 'intelligence' is part of the equation, either on my part or yours.
You cannot gauge that accurately on a flawed medium such as this...you would need several, real life, face to face meetings for that I'd say...or maybe just an hour if your experienced in psychological matters or ideally of that profession.

Well no; I haven't joined anybody, and you are fully entitled to post what you want within the bounds of the forum guidelines and rules. Much of your humor I appreciate and enjoy but I don't get this "elitist" thing you have. I also fail to understand why you think it necessary to "poke" the forum. To do so suggests you are seeking a reaction and thus, attention. For me that is childish but sure, each to their own. Clearly, you have good knowledge of the world so why you resort to this nonsense is beyond me. However, if it gives you pleasure, fire away but at the same time, you shouldn't be so sensitive when incoming response is the result. I just see it all as an entertainment as such..given out and received.
...somewhat of an 'act' from my end.
I guess it doesn't appeal to many. ..but I find most internet communication somewhat flawed.
There is a definite age / dinosaur thing going on which I can't seem to break away from.
Life on this Planet is increasingly complex and quite difficult to palate....so coping mechanisms will be naturally developed by most people as a necessity for sanity.
I'm not actually at all sensitive.....insensitivity is the main constituent of the 'act'..along with a smattering of both arrogance and sarcasm.
Most of the time I'm laughing as I type stuff in.
Deceptive.

But ...I also think hints of charisma and panache are present in the mix ...:wack:
