Non - General Election 2024

Of course, as an alpha male, you were.
60s born? you've clearly had a really tough life, how did you afford that £200 deposit on your first place.
Im about 20 years younger - I know Ive been to more places and saved more lives than you but let's put that aside
try and convince me your human and had few challenges in your time, if you can I'll take a vow of silence

This has got silly...there are thousands, probably millions on both the Far Left and the Far Right who are condoning the killings. ...this is where we are in the evolution / advancement of humanity....no more civilised than say 2,000 years ago.
To claim otherwise for the sake of stupid 'Party Politics' and ripping up fellow contributors on a mundane football forum is sheer potty...only for those of a ' Tinpot Moral Constitution' i'd say !

This Forum is Absolute Crap !

I’m not human and I’ve faced no challenges. Please don’t take a vow of silence. Your ( that’s the right word here, your German is very poor) posts are the most hilarious.

Logged in this morning and was like what the fuuuuu: Britain - Islamic State 2050, Kings Park Caff midday royal rumble, your/you're contested space, Nazis vs Commies, no-one's mad at the empire and Stockholm syndrome doesn't exist, Nazis = Jews bad, Israel alright, are we speaking German or French, everyone salty that the crusades didn't work out, etc. Then I realised it was Friday yesterday and it must have been quite the session at Yates' last night.

Cue 'the old woman from Bristol' ;)

Sunak talking about the boats again. 30,000 came over on boats last year.

I genuinely thought the figure was much higher...

Net migration up to end of June 2023 was 672,000. I believe that includes legal and illegal, with the former being the much much larger proportion of the overall figure. The vast majority are from non-EU countries.

Why then the constant focus on the small boats? It's not really the issue, even within the immigration issue itself!

Also, puts into context what a waste of time and money the whole Rwanda thing is. If we send 500 of the 30,000 per year to Rwanda, it's still a drop in the ocean.

We have control of our borders and it's all going swimmingly.

To bring over a family member you will have to earn a decent wage.

Which may well have a knock-on effect for the NHS, nursing homes and nurseries where there are a lot of relatively low paid jobs that we often fill with migrants. Are they going to be so keen to come if they can't bring a family?

Immigration and its implications, both positive and negative, is hideously complicated. My main bugbear is how it has become simplified by the politicians/media, and so polarised and divisive as a result. It has to be black and white, good or bad, when the situation is more nuanced and the right answer is amongst all those shades of grey.

Rwanda as a flagship policy is just a nonsense.

Many of the immigrants are on short term visa's ie students, Ukrainians.
How many of the 30,000 illegals have already been sent out of the country to places like Albania?
