Safe standing

In the best tinpot tradition, is the construction rivetted or allen bolts?

Dont look that great, good idea in principle but in reality?
So enjoy the squeeze if you are not slim trying to get past someone equally not so slim?

The width argument is nonsense. No more difficult than trying to get passed people standing up infront their seat at HT or those who make a half arsed stoopy stand up effort when people try to get through to their seat. I like the look of it and am looking forward to being to stand up from now on, legally

Rail seat ettiquette question.

Is the rail in front of you yours to lean forward on or is the rail behind you yours to lean back on ?

Indeed is leaning au fait ?

Would hate to cause a kerfuffle and wake the neighbours.

Do you reckon it’s ok to slump over the rail in despair
- if we have our usual standard of performance against the mancs

Reliably informed that there will be stewards at the ends of all the rows, checking that the ticket holder is in the right row. Every single person, every single time. Doomed, we're all doomed.

If that's the case they won't be safe standing so we can report them.
