Because he just loves playing football? Carry on Brett there are plenty of years ahead when you won't be able to.Why is Pitman playing Wessex league lol
Clearly, but it’s a bit of an insult to his talents. Should still be playing higher than that surely!Because he just loves playing football? Carry on Brett there are plenty of years ahead when you won't be able to.
he likes the relaxed approach, less training and pressure etcClearly, but it’s a bit of an insult to his talents. Should still be playing higher than that surely!
speaking with him if you didn't know about him you wouldn't realise what level he played at, he is so grounded, he goes to most charity events at shaftesbury club and will chat with drunken bournemouth fans about his time at our clubThe world legend is way overused in football, but Brett is undoubtedly a club legend. Without him we don’t even exist now. There would have been no league 2 promotion. There would have been no league one promotion. He contributed heavily towards the championship promotion too. There are very few who have made such an impact at a singular club over so many divisions. I have no idea if he’s on the legends wall or not, but if he’s not then he bloody well should be!
Saw him in the away end at West Ham a couple of years back, the fact that so many were walking past him without recognising who he was was both sad and telling.speaking with him if you didn't know about him you wouldn't realise what level he played at, he is so grounded, he goes to most charity events at shaftesbury club and will chat with drunken bournemouth fans about his time at our club
I think he likes it that waySaw him in the away end at West Ham a couple of years back, the fact that so many were walking past him without recognising who he was was both sad and telling.
