Have all League teams except Championship and PL play a season-long knockout tournament, with winner automatically promoted to Championship.

Have Championship and PL teams play a season-long knockout tournament with winner gaining automatic spot to Europe.

Why wasn’t this game played yesyerday? We have a game in 66 hours which although unlikely may have made Eddie chose a different team. You want one of Ake and Cook at the back, one of Lerma and Billing in the middle and one from Wilson and King starting and work around that.
