Callum to play tonight?

Hopefully comfortable by the hour mark, and he can come on and do the biz.
He could become the first AFCB player to score 2 career goals for England tonight.
A great fact, but an obvious one.
 
He might get on....but all you will hear from the pundits and commentators is gush about the other Callum...Joe Cole is already Up that Tree within 2 minutes of the ITV coverage starting!
Same in the papers today.....Man U or London Clubs Bingo!

A Wilson goal is all that can change that tonight...

Was watching Meridian tonight, and they start talking about the England game. Their only comment is "And one player from the south coast will be looking to add to his first England cap...James Ward-Prowse!"

Not a whisper of Callum Wilson! At least he got a proper callup, not just as a last resort.
 
Double- barrelled name syndrome.....they always get the nod! Attention drawn more...its why they were invented and then adopted by the lower. ' classes' in recent decades! Seriously..its true!
 
Bit boring for me first half...just wish we could play cultured, incisive stuff like the old Italian teams when they won their World cups in 82 and 06! or even England in the 60s! Greaves, Bobby Robson and Alan Ball etc.
