I know you don't like me but I also thought this and said on the other thread, it's a lack of infrastructure.

In fairness there was an international break not too long ago and the Welsh medical team didn’t pick it up then, I imagine it’s been something that’s been affecting him for a while. Perhaps it’s as simple as his symptoms only really started to show at a certain point
