Contrary to what it has been said 3 is also a false statement.
It is not illegal to die in the House of Commons. There is no law against dying in House of Commons, and I challenge anyone to name such a law.
There is probably a misunderstanding in that whilst people can legally die in the House of Commons it cannot be stated on the death certificate due to some rule that it being a Royal Palace, then the place of death is given as St Thomas Hospital on the other side of the Thames. But it is not illegal.
