At the end he has to do 1600m timed run, starts out way too fast, finishes very slow. Seems to try quite hard though, so probably just got his pacing wrong.

It's the metric system! He thought it was 1km but it was actually 1mi.

afcb have this morning received international clearance for new club record signing Jefferson Lerma, although he is unlikely to feature against Cardiff tomorrow as he builds up his fitness.
